Graeme's focus is ensuring the successful and timely delivery of all customer on-boarding projects alongside the every-day running of our operations. He is a highly experienced customer service, delivery and training expert, with more than 2 decades working with the public, vulnerable customers and alongside the UK armed forces. His approach is highly organised and structured and this is reflected in the manner our operations team approach all challenges. Outside of work, his main focus is on his young family, but music and playing live with his band are huge passions and a guitar is never far from reach!

Under the spotlight

What do you like most about working at Layer Systems?

I love the culture of the business and everything that we stand for. I was completely sold on the business by Michelle and this is without a doubt the best job I have ever had in terms of being fulfilled by what I am doing and also being challenged to reach new levels. The staff are all great and it is unusual to find an environment where there is not the usual office politics.

What are you happiest doing when you're not working?

Spending time with my wife, son & beagle. Or the real answer is playing music live or recording in the studio!

Do you have any skills or talents we should know about?

I play guitar to a decent level and have gigged extensively for years including support slots for touring bands. I am currently learning the drums properly and can also play bass and mandolin. I used to work as a chef and enjoy cooking in the house and learning new styles.
